I need to change my order, can I do that?

When items are ready to ship, we'll send you an email notification with tracking information.
When will my order ship?
Due to changes in operation during Covid-19, orders will ship out within 5-15 business days from the date you placed your order, excluding U.S. holidays and weekends. We use USPS to ship orders. All orders to the U.S. are shipped via USPS First Class (3-6 days shipping time) or Priority Mail (1-3 days shipping time).
How much is shipping?
It depends on the weight of the items you purchase. For domestic orders, shipping starts around $2. For international orders, shipping starts around $13.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! If you don't see your country listed, contact firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll see what we can do about adding it.
Do I have to pay import duties and taxes on my order?
Unfortunately, you might. We are not responsible for those fees assessed by your country's customs policies so check with your local office for rates and more information.
You will be responsible for the original shipping charges, import fees, duties and/or taxes, as well as the cost to return the package should you refuse an international delivery from us. We'll deduct these amounts from any refund requested. Should the return shipping costs and import fees exceed the amount of the item(s) you purchased, the shipment will be abandoned and no refund will be issued. Sorry!
Why is shipping so expensive?
It is! We work to keep the costs as low as possible. We will keep working for better rates. For some items, such as shirts, it's not crucial to send the items in boxes. For other items, such as hats, we ship in boxes to ensure the hats arrive in the right condition.
Returns and Refunds
We get it, sometimes things don't go right and you need to return an item. If that's the case, please contact email@example.com within two weeks of receiving your order with your order number. Please note, if you need to exchange a size or make a return, you are responsible for shipping charges back to us. But if we made a mistake, we'll handle those charges.
